Amen Amakhu Life Institute (AALI) was established to educate, promote and further the health and wellness of the human family. To this end, we have continuously reached out to under-served communities where ever our members reside. The Inner Light Family Retreat, Pure Life Food Coop, Health and Wellness classes, yoga, meditation, and food-growing programs are some of the initiatives that we embrace to serve as vehicles to disseminate knowledge to those who are receptive to living a better quality of health/life for themselves and their family. The fundamental concept is based on holistic well being (principles of Maat) with the intended outcome of preventing degeneration of the individual and families in Spirit, Mind and Body. The organization became a non-profit 501c3 in 2005 to further the human family.
