Long pants & Socks are needed for hiking in the woods, and 2 pairs of  comfortable white clothing will be needed for meditation.

 

Please bring non perishable "healthy" snacks for your children. These will  not be provided and there wile  not be any individual refrigeration available.

 

Pleae do  nto bring any "canned" music. Crums, shekere, hand instrumens are fine.
